Or Tzedek Packing List

We hope you’re ready for a week of intense, social action, learning and fun! In this letter you’ll find a packing list to make sure you have everything you need. A word about iPods, cell-phones, portable game systems, etc: Or Tzedek is not responsible for loss or damage to any of these items. We encourage you to be careful in deciding what to bring. If you decide to bring any of these items, remember that during programming and volunteering you will not be allowed to use them out of respect for our speakers, community partners, and each other.                

Clothing:

One week’s worth of clothing, including:

• 1-2 sets of work clothing that you can get dirty in
  
• 1-2 sets of comfortable, nicer clothing (for Shabbat, and other evening events)
  
• 1 Set of nice clothing for JCUA’s Acts of Change Event
  
• Comfortable walking shoes (shoes are a must for some activities) – DO NOT plan on wearing flip-flops during the day.
  
•  Flip flops/shower shoes
  
• Hat!
  

Toiletries: 

• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Shampoo and Conditioner 
• Sunscreen
• Soap 
• Brush/comb

Optional Toiletries: 

• Towel 
• Sheets 
• Shaving supplies

Other

• Water Bottle 
  
• Bag (in which you can put water and snacks for the day)
  

Optional items:

• Cell phone
  
• Camera
  
• Journal
  
• iPod
  

You will be provided with:

• Flat pillow
• Towels and washcloth
• Small towel and washcloth
• Bed sheets
• 1 blanket

Feel free to bring any additional  bedding and towels
